Iron Heart Cookoff

Benefiting the American Heart Association, Central Florida Regional Hospital hosted its third annual Iron Heart Cook-off at the Westin Lake Mary. Defending champ Dr. Lawrence Vallario of the Cardiovascular Center, P.A., won again for his preparation of salmon and side dishes.
